Company and Stock Identity
How CARTI Connects to the Public Market
- Company structure
- Not for profit cancer care provider
- Market access
- No current public listing was verified.
- Research focus
- Arkansas is a largely rural state, so CARTI is a good test of whether an AI tool works when the sites are far apart and thinly staffed. That is the opposite of the setting most vendor case studies come from. Ask how many of the 18 locations actually turned the tool on and who measured the result, because a statewide provider can report a system wide decision that only a few clinics are living with. The public figures here come from the vendor announcement rather than CARTI's own reporting.
The CARTI pages, read on 2026-10-31, describe a not for profit cancer centre running 18 locations across Arkansas from its Little Rock campus, and say the CARTI Foundation is a 501(c)(3) so donations are tax deductible. The DeepScribe announcement of 15 April 2025 also gives 18 locations and describes CARTI as a not for profit multidisciplinary cancer care provider. No parent or owner is named. CARTI deploys the DeepScribe ambient system across 18 Arkansas cancer locations
DeepScribe said on 15 April 2025 that CARTI had deployed its Ambient Operating System across 18 locations. The announcement describes CARTI as a not for profit multidisciplinary cancer care provider offering medical, radiation and surgical oncology, interventional radiology, clinical research trials, imaging, breast care, urology and other specialty services. Carson Seelinger, the CARTI chief information officer, is quoted, along with Matthew Ko, the DeepScribe chief executive and co-founder, and Dean Dalili, the DeepScribe chief medical officer. The announcement reports no result from CARTI itself: no clinician count, no time saved and no accuracy measure.
Why it matters: Eighteen locations spread across one largely rural state is a genuinely different test from a city hospital, because the sites are small, the staffing is thin and there is rarely local technical help when something breaks. If ambient documentation holds up there it will hold up most places. The chief information officer being the named voice is a hint about what sold it, which is usually integration and support rather than the clinical pitch. As with most adoption announcements, there is no outcome in it. The 18 locations figure matches what CARTI says on its own pages, which is a small but real check, and that is about as far as this one can be verified today.
Careers and Qualifications
What to Know Before Applying
Work areas: The careers page splits openings into clinical and non clinical tracks without listing disciplines, and says CARTI brings expert cancer care into local communities with facilities throughout Arkansas. Its service pages name medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, urology, imaging and interventional radiology, which is where its clinical hiring sits.
Qualification signal: Rural cancer care asks clinicians to cover more ground with fewer colleagues nearby, so breadth beats narrow specialisation here. For technology and informatics roles, the useful experience is supporting small sites with limited local support, because that is the real constraint across 18 Arkansas locations.
Check current roles at CARTI. A careers page is the source of record for openings. This profile does not claim a role is open unless the company lists it now.

Buyer Snapshot
- Best-fit buyer
- Health system leaders, informatics teams, patient access and operations leads, and clinicians comparing notes with peer organizations
- Primary use case
- Deploy healthcare AI inside a care delivery organization and report what it changed
- Typical deployment
- Care delivery organization. AI usually arrives through the records system vendor or a direct vendor contract.
Evidence questions
- Who at the health system counted the result, and over what stretch of time?
- How many sites and how many staff were included, and was the rest of the system different?
- Did the saved work disappear, or move to another team?
Regulatory and workflow questions
- Which AI tools here touch a care decision, and which only handle paperwork?
- Who signs off that a tool is safe to leave running on live patient data?
- What is the published review process when a tool gets something wrong?
Data and contract questions
- Which patient data leave the organization to reach the vendor, and how long are they kept?
- Can the organization see and export the records the AI tool created?
- Who is told when a vendor changes the model behind a tool already in use?

FDA Clearances on Record
No clearance is linked in this directory. That is not automatically a mark against the company. Some products support the people doing the work instead of reading a patient image or signal themselves.
