What the Job Actually Is
Most imaging AI that fails in a hospital does not fail because the model was wrong. It fails because it never reached the person who needed it.
This role owns that connection. Getting the study to the software and the result back into the worklist, in the right order, fast enough to matter, without breaking the twelve other things plugged into the same system.
Radiology is where most cleared AI lives, so this is where a lot of the practical healthcare AI work sits right now.
